Shipping

With the exception of items that are inclusive of postage and packing costs, the following please costs will be added to your order to cover Postage and Packaging:
  • £1.25 for most small accessories.
  • £3.50 for each single item ordered.
  • £3.50 for shoes, sandals, men's blazers, go-kart.
  • £5.00 for holdalls.
  • £6.00 for Trolley Bags.
  • £7.99 per set of bowls.
All of the above postage costs apply for deliveries to England, Wales and the Scottish lowlands and will be added automatically to your order.

Postage for other destinations is available but additional charges may apply. A member of staff will contact you prior to your order being processed if additional payments are required, for example for deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Isle Of Wight, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Irish Republic, Europe & Rest Of The World. Please feel free to
contact us prior to ordering if you have any doubt or queries regarding these costs.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch all goods within 48 hours of recieving your order.  If items are out of stock or during unusually busy periods we always aim to get your products to you as soon as we possibly can.  As always, please contact us if you have any queries.

Returns

If you have any problems or complaints of any nature please do not hesitate to contact us. Our staff will be more than happy to assist you and we guarantee a polite response and speedy resolution to all matters such as this.

If, upon delivery of any item purchased from this site, you find that the items you ordered do not meet your requirements or match your expectations we will be happy to exchange them for something more suitable, provided they are unused and returned to us in original packaging. In such a situation return postage will be at your cost. The item(s) must be returned to us within 30 days of purchase and in the same condition as when the goods were posted to you.

If we are at fault in delivering your goods, for instance we dispatch the wrong item or it is faulty, we will resolve the problem as fast as is possible and refund any postage costs you may have incurred.

If you would prefer to have a refund then as long as the goods returned to us are in the same condition as they were purchased i.e still in the original packaging then we will issue a refund within seven working days of the return of the product(s).

The store accepts no liability for any damage or loss incurred by the customer or a third party due to delivery, late delivery, non-delivery or any other circumstances no matter how such damage or loss was caused.

All transactions effected through this web site will be directed through a secure server. All reasonable attempts will be made to ensure the security of every transaction but the store cannot be held liable for any loss, no matter how arising.
